Biography

I am a full professor in the School of Information Sciences and the Siebel School of Computing and Data Science (affiliated) at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign (UIUC). I received my Ph.D. degree in Computer Science at UIUC. I am also affiliated with the Illinois Informatics, the National Center for Supercomputing Applications (NCSA), the Information Trust Institute, the Carl R. Woese Institute for Genomic Biology (IGB), and the Center for Social and Behavioral Science (CSBS) at UIUC.
